We deliver to any address in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery to mainland UK is free on orders comprising a multiple of 12 bottles. On orders of any other number of bottles, there is a £10.00 delivery charge. If orders are to be dispatched to multiple addresses, the same charges apply to each address.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland will be charged extra.  The Perfect Wine will contact the customer with additional cost, prior to despatch.

Delivery is made Monday - Friday with an additional charge for Saturday delivery and no delivery Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If the carrier is unable to deliver the driver will leave a card and try to deliver the next day. If next day delivery fails again, a card will be left requesting that you pick up your order from the carrier's depot. If the parcel is not picked up the carrier will return to The Perfect Wine and the customer will have to pay for a further delivery.

If the customer gives special instructions to The Perfect Wine for the carrier to leave the parcel outside the house or with a neighbour it will be left at the customer's own risk.

If your item is out of stock we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative product or to advise you on a later delivery date.
