Terms and Conditions

1.    We will not sell wine to anyone under the age of 18 and reserve the right not to accept orders.

2.    All our prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery.

3.    The minimum order is 1 case (12 x 75cl bottles, or equivalent).

4.    Orders will be delivered once payment has been received and verified.

5.    Orders will usually be delivered within a week. In instances where this is not possible you will be informed of any delay.

6.    Any breakages must be notified to our carriers, and to us, at the time of delivery, in order for us to arrange a replacement/refund.

7.    All our wines are subject to availability. We will offer an alternative or a refund in the case of wines not being in stock.

8.    The Perfect Wine reserves the right to change price and availability information without notice.

9.    Cancellations may incur a charge if the wine has already been dispatched.

10.    It is your responsibility to provide us with correct personal and delivery information.  This information will be held by The Perfect Wine and, in accordance with UK data and consumer protection legislation, will not be shared with any third party.

11.    The Perfect Wine is an England based partnership. Any disputes or claims must be settled under English law. The partners are ER Barclay and JR Barclay.
